Whew! I can't believe that it's Wednesday already. I don't even feel like I've been in Virginia that long. I came up here starting LAST Wednesday to suprise Rachael and go to her graduation, and oh, what a trial that was! I got to the Baltimore at about 7:30am est. and at 9 I finally called Julie to tell he I was stuck - I forgot all of my debit cards and so I couldn't even get cash at an atm. I was at the airport until 10, and then I caught a cab to Union Station in DC. I was THERE until 2 when Rach finally got home and started giving some ideas, and I was at the bus station down the street until 6:30 when Rachael's dad stopped by and picked me up an his way home from Philadelphia. Thank God he was on his way...
Anyway, now it's been an entire week but it sure doesn't feel like it. I went to Busch Gardens on Monday, and that was a thrill. I actually got on every roller coaster they have there, even though I was scared to death at first. So scared, in fact, that Julie and Rachael had me by the arms and Neil (Julie's boyfriend) was pushing me from behind to get on the Alpengeist (RC where your feet hang down below), and I ended up twisting my ankle and scraping my knee when I fell trying NOT to go on the ride. So now my ankle is huge and my knee decided it never wants to stop bleeding, and I even found a bruise on my arm today. :) It's all Rowin's fault.
I had a good time though. I wish I didn't have to go, and I wish I don't have to take an 8 hour busride to Baltimore just to spend seven more hours flying back to Tucson, but that's okay - I'll live. Besides it is so HUMID here!!! I don't know how they stand it. Okay, enough babble... I won't be able to write again for awhile, but this is enough for now. Laters.
